Mint Labubu standing at 131 cm

Last month, a unique mint-colored Labubu figure measuring 131 cm in height was sold at the Yongle International auction in China. This is the only piece of its kind in the world, created by artist Kasing Lung. The figure, made of PVC, was purchased by an anonymous buyer for 1.08 million yuan (approximately $150,000), setting a record price for a Pop Mart collectible toy.

Giant brown Labubu

At the same auction in Beijing, a rare brown Labubu sculpture standing 160 cm tall, roughly the height of an average adult, was sold for 820,000 yuan (around $132,000). Only 15 such pieces have been produced, making this model truly exclusive and one of the most valuable items in the auction.

Limited edition Labubu Sacai x Seventeen

At a private auction hosted by JOOPITER, the platform founded by renowned musician and designer Pharrell Williams, a limited series of Labubu figures was sold. These were created in collaboration with the fashion brand Sacai and the K-pop group Seventeen. A total of 14 figures were auctioned, each fetching between $7,000 and $11,000. Their original design and high-profile partnership generated significant interest among collectors.

Plush Labubu from the “I Found You” series

The plush Labubu from the “I Found You” series, made in collaboration with the brand Zimomo, quickly became one of the most sought-after crossovers in the collectible toy market. Initially priced at around £164, its value surged on the secondary market. Today, individual pieces are being sold in the United Kingdom for over £1,000 (approximately $1,500), driven by their rarity and high demand among collectors.

Hand-painted, artist-customized Labubu figures enjoy strong demand among collectors. These pieces are created by independent artists and are distinguished by unique designs and original features not found in standard production versions.
